Inn Policies

RESERVATIONS : Reservations are taken by phone, email or fax. Please call (509) 682-2627, or email  A faxed request can be sent to (509) 682-0465. At time of reservation, credit card information will be taken. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.

FORMS OF PAYMENT : We accept cash, credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover ), and local personal checks with two forms of picture ID.

DEPOSITS : Without a valid credit card, a cash deposit may be acceptable. Please discuss with management. Memorial day reservations require a $300 cash deposit per room, upon arrival. Cash is returned upon check-out, pending no damage.

DISCOUNTS : A 10% discount is given to rooms reserved for 4 or more consecutive nights, or parties that reserve 5 or more rooms for two consecutive nights. Group bookings must be paid on one card for discount to be applied.  Seniors over 75 years old also receive a 10% discount. Multiple discounts do not apply.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUND : During the prime season, cancellations are accepted up to a week prior to scheduled check-in. Otherwise, full amount of the reserved time will be changed in full, unless approved by staff. If within a week you cancel and we are able to rent out your room, your money is fully refunded, less a $20 processing fee.  During the off-prime season, cancellations are accepted prior to 48 hours of scheduled check-in. We realize that life and weather are unpredictable, but we do not assume the responsibility for either.  We ask that you carefully consider our policy before making a reservation.

CHECK IN / OUT : Check-in is from 4-8pm. If we have or room ready before 4pm, we will gladly check you in early. If you plan on arriving after 8pm, please call to arrange this. Check out is by 11am. Check with management about storing luggage before or after your stay.

DAMAGE POLICY : During check-in, guests acknowledge they will be responsible for any damages that are deemed by Riverwalk Inn management, that are intentional or from negligence. Up to $200 may be charges for damage, or violating the pet and smoking policy.

CLEANING FEE : A $25 cleaning fee will be charged to any room that requires staff to spend more than average time cleaning, due to excessive dirtiness, or trash.

PETS: We have newly updated our policies to allow pets in designated rooms.  A 15$ charge will be added per pet, per night. Pets are not allowed to be left in the room unsupervised.

SMOKING : We a no smoking establishment. This includes the outside grounds.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE : Room capacities may not be exceeded without management approval. We offer room capacities of two, four, and five.

KEYS : Keys need to be returned at the end of your stay. If you need to replace a lost key, it is a $10 charge.

TOWELS / BLANKETS : Please do not take towels and blankets outside of the room. We have clean “beach towels” for guests to use. Please ask management.

BIKES : Bikes can be stored in ground level, outside building rooms. Please ask management if you have reserved a room upstairs and need to store your bike.

TRANSPORTATION : Guests can use Casino Shuttle (free), Slidewaters Shuttle (free), or the LINK bus service to other towns (modest fee).

AMENITIES : On-site breakfast is offered and guests receive a 20% discount on their meal.
